General maintenance includes disassembly, cleaning and alignment of all optical surfaces, replacing lubricants, adjusting tension and replacing defective parts. Rates for general maintenance include labor only. The cost for parts and shipping is additional.
Hourly rates:
Repair (in our shop or field service) $84.00/hour
Travel rate (Portland Metro) $.75/mile
Travel rate (outside Portland Metro) $30.00/hour plus lodging
We can provide quotes for items not on this price schedule. Minimum charge is $50.00. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Additional fee for payment by credit card is 4.0% of total invoice.
